How It Works
Use the Smart Dynamic Recovery Cup on larger muscle areas such as calves, quads, hamstrings, and glutes. Switch between the 3 cup sizes depending on the body area. Finish with the massage ball, peanut ball, or mini foam roller for extra pressure release and a complete leg reset routine.
Suggested 12-Minute Routine
- Calves: Use the medium cup for 2 minutes each side.
- Quads: Use the large cup for 2–3 minutes each side.
- Hamstrings or glutes: Use low suction for 2 minutes each side.
- Foot arch: Use the massage ball for 60 seconds each foot.
- Finish: Use the mini foam roller on calves or quads.
