How Tracking Works
After your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number or tracking link.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the courier has collected your parcel.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most UK orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes another 3–5 business days via fast tracked international shipping.
Estimated total delivery time is usually 6–10 business days from the date your order is placed.

I Haven’t Received My Tracking Email
If you have not received your tracking email yet, your order may still be processing.
Please check your inbox, spam folder, and promotions folder first.
If it has been more than 5 business days since you placed your order and you still have not received tracking information, contact us at info@active-reset.com with your order number.
My Tracking Has Not Updated
Sometimes tracking may not update immediately, especially when the parcel is in transit between Hong Kong and the destination country.
Please allow 24–48 hours for courier tracking updates.
If your tracking has not updated for several days, email us at info@active-reset.com and we will help check the shipment status.
My Order Shows Delivered, But I Haven’t Received It
If your tracking says delivered but you have not received your parcel, please:

Check your mailbox, front door, reception, concierge, parcel locker, or safe place.

Ask household members, neighbours, or building management.

Contact the courier using the tracking details.

Email us at info@active-reset.com with your order number.
We will help review the case, but Active Reset is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier if the delivery address provided at checkout was correct.
